Dark Chocolate Superfood Bark Recipe

Here’s a delicious snack that you can whip up in no time and that will impress all your guests with your culinary skills. The options for chocolate bark are endless. We like to make our own chocolate base using Organic Cacao to get an extra dose of fiber and superfood in our treats.

For the chocolate:


  1. Using a double boiler method, place a heavy bottomed glass or metal bowl over a pot of low simmering water. Make sure the water is not touching the bowl base. There should be a tight fit between the bowl sides and the top of the pot to prevent steam from escaping.
  2. Put all ingredients in the bowl and let melt over low simmering water until fully liquified. Be sure to stir often to combine and emulsify the cacao and cocoa butter & coconut oil.
  3. Once melted and homogenous, remove from heat and let set 5-10 minutes.
  4. Pour onto a parchment-lined baking pan, top with any of the topping combinations below, and then let set until cool and solid.
  5. Break into pieces and serve!
