Ingredients
12 oz fresh cranberries
1/2 cup Natierra Goji Berries pre-soaked in water for 30 minutes
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp. orange zest
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, cover, and cook on medium-high for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Be sure to check regularly as the sauce will easily burn if not stired enough or the heat is too high.
Once the sauce has thickened, turn heat down to low and allow to simmer for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add more orange zest to taste.
Enjoy warm or chilled depending on your preference.
