Easy Pistachio Pesto with Pink Himalania Salt
Looking for a easy to make, plant-based and delicious pasta dish for the whole family? You’ve come to the right place!
- 4 handfuls fresh herbs : Italian Parsley/Basil/Mint or other seasonal herbs
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp natural yeast ~ 0.71oz
- 1.5 oz Shredded parmesan
- 5oz raw pistachios, unsalted
- Pinch of Himalania Pink salt
Vegan option: replace parmesan cheese with natural yeast
Blend all the ingredients on high until the desired texture is obtained; more or less smooth, depending on your own taste.💪🏼
Delicious with pasta, roasted vegetables, bread.
