Easy Pistachio Pesto with Pink Himalania Salt

Ingredients :

  • 4 handfuls fresh herbs : Italian Parsley/Basil/Mint or other seasonal herbs
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp natural yeast ~  0.71oz 
  • 1.5 oz Shredded parmesan
  • 5oz raw pistachios, unsalted
  • Pinch of Himalania Pink salt
  • Pepper


Vegan option: replace parmesan cheese  with natural yeast

Instructions:

Blend all the ingredients on high until the desired texture is obtained; more or less smooth, depending on your own taste.💪🏼
Delicious with pasta, roasted vegetables, bread.
