Ingredients
1 Serving- 2 oz tequila
- 3 1/2 oz strawberry puree or Natierra freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- Lemon slices, salt, ice and freeze-dried strawberries for topping
- Triple sec (or you can substitute with Grand Mariner, Cointreau, or Curacao).
- Natierra Himalania pink salt
For a frozen version: add a handful of ice cubes.
For a virgin version: substitute alcohol with fresh orange juice.
Directions
- Grind freeze-dried strawberries to obtain a powder; add a pinch of salt.
- Blend all other ingredients until smooth.
- Prep your glass: run a lemon slice around the rim, and dip the wet rim into freeze-dried strawberry & salt powder.
- Add a handful of ice and a lemon slice into the glass, then pour in the margarita.
- Add a few freeze-dried strawberry slices on top. Serve cold and enjoy!
