Delish Crepes and Strawberries Recipe

Looking for a quick and delish option to impress your loved ones, or indulge yourself?

If you are lucky enough to have flour in the pantry, eggs, butter and oat milk in the fridge,  your breakfast solution is more than obvious: crepes! Our little secret: adding Natierra® Freeze-Dried Strawberries for a fancy and delicious topping with a crunch.

  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup oat milk (love Oatly)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted in the microwave
  • 1/3 cup Natierra® Freeze-Dried Strawberries for a sweet, crunchy topping



Mix all but the freeze-dried strawberries in a blender and let sit in the fridge. I find it easier to prepare the mix the night before, so I can just heat up a pan in the morning, add some butter and get cooking.

I use the biggest pan and spatula I have, heat up some butter and pour about 1/3 cup of crepe mix, flipping it once after about 30 seconds. Add Natierra Organic Freeze-Dried Strawberries for additional natural sweetness and crunch. Hazelnut spread also goes great with this!
