Be it in a classroom or learning remotely, your children will love a school day filled with snacks that are delicious and you’ll be happy to know you gave them wholesome options. With that in mind we put together 5 snack ideas that will help them stay satisfied and motivated!

Ready? Here we go:

 

1. No-Bake Cacao and Almond Butter Energy bites:

Chocolatey flavor anyone? Yes, please!!!

These energy bites take 15 minutes to make and they are so delicious that you will not be able to eat just one… SO YUMMY! Here is the recipe:

Ingredients

 

Instructions:

  1. Place almonds in a food processor and grind on high until you have created a fine almond meal.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process on high until everything is combined
  3. Next, scoop a heaping tablespoon of dough into your hands and roll into a ball.
  4. Keep refrigerated and enjoy!

 

2. Fudgy No-Bake Cacao Peanut Butter Bars:

These No-Bake Cacao Peanut Butter Bars are a dream! Made from only 7 ingredients, these scrumptious treats are Vegan, Paleo, & Refined Sugar-Free. Need we say more? Let’s put our hands to work!

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, grind the pitted dates for a few seconds until broken into small pieces.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and process for a few more seconds, until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and refrigerate until firm - about 4 hours.
  5. Use the parchment paper to lift mixture out of the dish and cut into 8 bars. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the banana into 1cm pieces. Freeze the banana slices.
  2. Place all ingredients into blender and grind for approximately 40 seconds until banana chunks and ice cubes break.
  3. Eyeball it, but blend for a little longer until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

SO indulgent… Yum Yum!
