- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup Natierra Organic Cacao Powder, plus extra for dusting
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups coconut sugar
- 1 cup almond meal
Preheat oven to 320°F.
Grease a springform cake pan and line with baking paper.
Place butter and cacao in a saucepan on low heat and stir until smooth.
In a bowl, mix eggs and sugar until their volume has doubled.
Add cacao mixture and almond meal and stir until combined.
Pour into the cake pan and bake for 35–40 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan.
